Meet Natalie and her massive Maine Coon cat, Finn. Finn is a real giant, measuring 1.3 meters in length which is about the same height as an average nine-year-old child. It’s no wonder people often mistake him for a dog and stop to stare in amazement. At a whopping 10kg, Finn requires a lot of attention and care from his loving owner. Despite his impressive size, Finn is a gentle and curious feline who loves nothing more than lots of cuddles and affection. Taking Finn for a walk on a lead has turned him into a local celebrity, and Natalie enjoys seeing the surprised reactions of people when they realize he is just a really big cat. Of course, owning such a large pet can be costly, but Natalie believes that the joy and humor Finn brings to her life make it all worthwhile.
Natalie’s pet cat has a tendency to suffer from separation anxiety and can grow quite big, which often catches guests off guard. Seeing the reactions of service providers who come to her house and are taken aback by her feline’s appearance is always entertaining for Natalie, as many have likened him to a wildcat or bobcat. She calls California her home.
Finn’s looks may come off as intimidating to guests, as observed in the photo captured by Natalie Bowman. But don’t be fooled by his large size, as he has a sweet disposition and is friendly with Natalie’s other cat. It did take some time for them to warm up to each other, but now they are inseparable buddies, according to Natalie.
This cute and cuddly companion demands a lot of care and affection. As shared by the caretaker, he experiences separation anxiety, making him fond of staying around people. This is why he frequently tags along with his owner to work, given his outgoing character. Plus, he’s recognized for being quite chatty and having a rather boisterous meow.
